With the advance of science and technology. Advantages as well as disadvantages have been flowing down 2 us. Pollution is such a disadvantage 2 humanity. There is 3 way pollution: water pollution, air pollution and sound pollution etc.
Developing countries have 2 face all types of pollution. In absence of proper utilization of natural resources and technical know-how, we can not provide purified drinking water 2 our citizens. The result is the spread of many water-borne diseases like AMIBIOSIS, DYCENTRY, DIAHORREA etc. Which reduce our health 2 zero. Polluted water is our deadly ENEMY.
Cities r in the grip of air pollution due 2 increasing uses of bikes, cars and 3 wheeler carriers. In the development countries the rate of industrialization is much faster. The natural ecobalance fails 2 maintain itself. The result is that carbondioxide thrown away from the chimnies of the factories reduce the oxygen layer in the atmosphere. Lack of sufficient oxygen causes problems of respiration, breath-lessens, cardio-vascular blockage and even heart-attacks.
Sound pollution is akin 2 air pollution. In big cities and metro-police, traffic horns and factory noise cause sound pollution. Deafness, confusion, mental imbalance r some of the results of sound pollution. There should be strict laws banning the use of loud speakers and bands. Man is poisoning the environment. Nobody can save him from this danger unless he himself becomes alert.
Pollution of all types is assuming a menacing threat 2 human life, even 2 flora and fauna. Unless we find the ways and means 2 control the side-effects of our scientific, technological and industrial progress, all life that exist is not safe. Government should take up action-oriented programmes such as ''tree plantations and water purification.''
